Improvements to Self Serve Subscription Management
Based on your feedback, we have made some improvements to help you change the items on your subscription. We have added messages and tooltips to help you navigate and made your choices more clear on the shopping pages.
To see subscriber options and messages, log in to your account. Many messages have tool-tips and links to help documents. But don’t worry, if you still find it confusing we are always happy to make the changes for you.
Add Items from the Product Page
When active subscribers visit the shopping page an “Add to existing subscription” choice becomes available. Selecting it reveals details about your subscription(s): The subscription number, the subscription price, and the next subscription release date. That’s when your subscription will include the new item.
Remove or Change Quantity from the Subscription page
Remove items or change the quality of an item from your account’s subscription page. Change just about everything else there too! Here is how
From your account, review your subscription to see your changes. You will also receive a change confirmation email within an hour of your changes.
Create a one-time Subscription Add-on Order
Creating a one-time subscription add-on order is easier too. Just shop for the items you want to add. At checkout, active subscribers will be offered free shipping with their next subscription. A great option for filters, a Valentine’s gift or box of tea.

Coffee of the Month - Peru Norte
Peru Norte, as its name suggests is sourced from the mountains of Northern Peru from the La Forida, coffee co-op. The co-op is in the winter range of the Scarlet Tanager and this is the bird we chose to represent this wonderful coffee. Perfect for Valentine’s day.
A clean, honeyed coffee with balance of flavours. We notice chocolate, hazelnut, pretty summer flowers and tropical fruit. We recommend using a little less this of this coffee in your preparation to allow its delicate flavours to remain balanced and clean.
